For those with a sweet tooth, save room for dessert because the Ashburn Farms strawberry and vanilla sponge with toasted coconut and crispy meringue is not to be missed.
Or if you’re feeling adventurous, the revolving concept menu The Traveler is the perfect choice. First stop? Mexico! Begin with tostadas with sweet and spicy chilli jam and soft shell tacos and your choice of filling to share. For something with a bit of kick try the roasted sweet potato salad with its spiked sour cream dressing. Finish the experience off with warm churros with chocolate fudge, cinnamon sugar and peanut praline, a shareable dish you’ll want to keep for yourself.
