When the French popped the cork on the first ever bottle of Champagne, the Italians clapped back with prosecco. They didn’t know it at the time but they had just poured out the beverage that would define weekends for future generations. The bubbly nectar has upgraded many a sesh, particularly in the sub-tropics, and now it’s finally getting the decadent appreciation it deserves with Darling & Co’s prosecco fountain.

Warding off the weekday scaries every Sunday afternoon, this glorious sesh treats punters to a two hour food and drinks package that includes pouring yourself prosecco and spritzes from an actual fountain. How do we get one of those for our kitchen is what we really want to know.

On top of the prosecco and spritzes, you'll get to tuck into a two-course feast, with a decadent shared antipasto board followed by a pizza of your choice—there's margherita, prosciutto and quattro fungi to choose from—and a shared side salad. All this, plus your two hours of bubbles and spritz, will only set you back $69pp, how good is that?

Naturally, this kind of hot value is drawing bulk crowds so make sure you call ahead and make a booking. And don’t worry if you’ve got unavoidable plans this weekend, Darling & Co’s tap will be operational and pumping prosecco every Sunday for the forseeable future.
