Ahh, rosé. It really is the drink of the people, no? From birthdays to breakups, gossip seshs to glitzy events, rosé (unlike white that gives you a cracking headache and red that makes you sleepy) is the champion plonk that unites us all. Plus, you know, it’s pink, so it gets brownie points…
And now, Brisbane folk, here is your chance to celebrate the not-so-humble blush bevvy (read: drinking a few glasses of the stuff) because this year’s Rosé Revolution is back! Easily one of Brisbane’s favourite events (because wine) gather your crew and head to the Brisbane Powerhouse for a Saturday afternoon of canapes and 12 different free-flowing rosés up for sampling (that's 12 to sample, FYI, so make sure you tackle a fair few nibbles), all in the name of a good cause.
Kick back along the riverside, drink in hand, food in mouth and know that your dolleridoos are going to a worthy cause. $5 of every ticket sold will go to Share The Dignity; a not-for profit helping homeless and women in need of personal hygiene supplies.
So what are you waiting for? Grab yourself some tickets and get ready for award-winning drops and a damn good time!
