Update: The Fever-Tree G&T Festival has been post-poned to 2022. Ticket holders will be refunded and we'll update you on new dates when they are announced.
It’s the perfect pick-me-up after a hard day at work, the cherry on top of a delicious dinner, and the best partner to celebrate some good news with. That’s right, we’re talking about our boozy bestie, the gin and tonic. In celebration of said best friend, Fever-Tree and Howard Smith Wharves are partnering up to put on an unmissable four-day festival dedicated to all things gin (and tonic).
Get a little glam and sip your hearts out as 18 local and international gin distillers serve up the crème de la crème of Australian gin paired with the world’s best tonics at the Fever-Tree G&T Festival. You can sample your way through all the latest and greatest (g)innovations while enjoying river views, live music and a DJ set. Trust us, it’s a time to indulge—the only thing you’ll be guilty of is finding a new favourite concoction to add to your drinks repertoire.
The Gin Village is where you can sample your way through the gin magicians at Four Pillars Gin, Archie Rose Distilling Co, Kaki Moon Distilling and so many more, while at The Ultimate Gin & Tonic Bar you can pair your chosen gin with your favourite tonic for a sip to enjoy at your leisure. There’ll also be workshops, talks with distillers and even a dedicated Tonic Discovery Bar where you can sample the different tonics Fever-Tree bottles up. To line your stomachs before you enjoy all the gin, you’ll have your pick of cuisines with restaurant pop-ups stationed all over the festival site.
Fever-Tree Australia Brand Ambassador, Trish Brew said they’re excited to bring the Fever-Tree G&T Festival to Brisbane for the first time for Queenslanders to explore the fascinating world of gin and tonic.
“There’s an Australian gin to suit every taste and occasion. Our festive experience is all about helping you to discover exciting combinations with our range of premium mixers, and there’s plenty of fun to be had with trial and error along the way,” Ms Brew said.
The weekend-long celebration of G&Ts will kick off on a yet to be announced date in 2022 at Howard Smith Wharves. Admission will set you back $65 ($55 for early bird) and includes entry, six mini G&Ts, neat gin sampling, entertainment and complimentary G&T workshops.
