OTTO is serving up a five-course degustation dedicated to the beloved fungus, happening all throughout July for Good Food Month.
Their head chef and absolute genius, Will Cowper, has put together the ultimate menu to hero the ingredient. To give you an idea, truffles will be served up with Hervey Bay scallops and Jerusalem artichokes, shaved on top of gnocchi cacio e pepe, and sweetly presented in the form of gelato with hazelnut praline. The degustation takes pride in focusing on fresh and seasonal produce, so the flavours are going to be absolutely popping. We can see you drooling from here.
