How many times have you ditched that pre-organised arvo workout for a bev after a long and stressful day? For us, it's embarrassingly frequent. What can we say? If you've just spent the day getting micromanaged by your boss, the last thing you want to do is be loudly instructed to ‘squat!’ Well, we couldn't believe our eyes either because now you can slip into tipsy-land while ticking off your weekly exercise activity. Enter: Gin & Yang Tuesdays at Three Brews Holland Park thanks to Stretch Yoga.
You know that oddly delicious stretch that you sometimes get rewarded with at the end of a long day? Think that but better. For a mere $32pp you can ascend and get your chakras well and truly sorted AND do it all with a G and T in hand courtesy of Four Pillars Gin (two are included with your ticket). All you’ll have to bring is your own mat and dress in your finest activewear and you’ll be stretching and sipping away your stresses.
But seriously, this is about to be your monthly mid-week saviour, and not to mention a good opportunity to gather the gang. The next event is happening on Tuesday 27 April and there are two time slots available for all the over-time working busy bees so you can go at either 6pm or 7.30pm. Side note, the yoga sesh is beginner-friendly so there's no excuse not to whip out the ol’ Lululemons and get into that downward dog.
