Get to know your botanicals, because Ginfused Festival will once again be hitting Fortitude Valley's Pig 'N' Whistle this March with all things dedicated to the good stuff.
The fairy-lit festival is locked to take place on Saturday 27 March from 1pm–6pm, and will host a heap of Australia’s leading craft gin distillers. That means you’re in for artisan gin tastings, cocktail masterclasses, charcuterie boards and live music.
Distillers you’ll want to look out for include Brookies, 23rd Street, Four Pillars and local legends like Winston Quinn, Australian Distilling Co, Laceys Hill Distilling Co, Brookie's Gin, Noosa Head Distillery, 23rd Street Gin, Four Pillars , Mr Consistent, Cavu Distilling and Manly Spirits Co. We also suggest you grab a cheese and charcuterie board to pair your sips with, because what's a G&T without a good cheddar?
If you just want to lock in your presence, registration is free, but you can also pre-purchase five drink tokens for $40, book a masterclass session with tasters and a cocktail for $40 or nab a charcuterie plate and two tockens for $45.
