Priced at a cool $49,999, The Grey Goose Hotel by Ovolo combines the stunning heritage location and fit-out of Spring Hill’s The Inchcolm with a series of incredible gastronomic experiences. Coming in as the most expensive hotel package in Australia, you bet it’s jam-packed with outrageously indulgent activities and flavours that you can’t try anywhere else.

The private experience rolling out across all 40 vintage-chic rooms is packed with all the glitz and glamour of the other roaring ‘20s, with additional in-room styling and a Grey Goose minibar to welcome you and your crew on check-in.

You’ll channel your inner mixologist at a martini masterclass, sample a range of Oscietra, Baerii, Beluga and White Sturgeon caviar varietals from renowned providore Simon Johnson, and learn how to pick, shuck and prepare Tasmanian oysters.

Come cocktail hour, mingle in the stylish lobby bar with a Grey Goose martini tower, five-hour beverage package and canapés before dining on a three-course dinner prepared by your private chef—maybe Ian Curley of Melbourne’s Kirk’s Wine Bar, or MasterChef winner Diana Chan—accompanied by your choice of a live jazz band or DJ.A fancy hotel suite with deep green details and vintage decor.

After sleeping off the indulgence in your gorgeous room upstairs, you’ll see out the experience with breakfast (and probably a Bloody Mary) before heading back to reality.

The Grey Goose Hotel experience is available for 40–80 people (including for weddings and corporate events) on selected dates pending availability. You can learn more, and start planning, here.
