A New Luxury Precinct Inspired By The Grove In LA Is Set To Transform Hamilton
Ever wondered what would happen if The Grove in Los Angeles received the Sunshine State treatment? Well, Brisbane, it’s officially happening with Hamilton’s new residential, leisure and lifestyle precinct inspired by the iconic Cali destination.
Led by Sydney-based luxury property developer Wentworth Equities, Hamilton Grove will feature three residential towers and a vibrant street-level precinct with curated offerings where you can eat, shop and play. There are also plans for a premium hotel to sit in the 7,637 square metre site.

“Our vision is a precinct that brings together the best of Brisbane into one central space abundant with culture, class and culinary experience,” said Wentworth Equities Executive Chairman Sameh Ibrahim. “A place that a lucky few will get to call home, but the rest of Brisbane will still get to explore and experience at their leisure.”
The development will take over 19 Hercules Street near Portside Wharf, ushering the riverside suburb into a new era with its waterfront appeal and lush green spaces.

“When we first purchased this property in 2014, I had a very clear vision in my mind for this precinct but ultimately, it wasn’t the right time—Hamilton was still very much an emerging precinct,” said Ibrahim. “Since then, Hamilton and surrounding suburbs like Ascot and Albion have significantly grown and matured into a precinct that aligns with our vision for Hamilton Grove.”
Construction on the first tower is expected to commence in early 2026 and to be completed in late 2028.
