Dubbed Infinity Planet, the ambitious proposal has now been lodged with Moreton Bay City Council by new developer RHC City. The project serves to bring the world to Moreton Bay—literally—with a heavy focus on multicultural offerings and international experiences, inviting investments from interested countries.

Offering a mix of accommodation options atop a three-storey hill, Infinity Planet’s Hotel Complex consists of five interconnected buildings—from a five-star international hotel to high quality 4-star and 3-star options. Plus, in a quintessentially Queensland move, there will be a beach area and waterfall positioned beneath the hotels for a refreshing escape while providing a cooling effect on the city.
City Hall
The beating heart of the development, the Great Entertainment City Hall is a versatile space with a whopping 10,000-person capacity. It will host a wide array of cultural events, festivals, live music, seasonal carnivals, and cultural celebrations—supporting the vibrant life of the development.
Theme Park
Easily the wildest component of Infinity Planet, a proposed theme park will take centre stage in the development, with RHC City estimating up to 1.2 million people would visit the theme park each year.
Global Cultural Mall

Putting diversity in the spotlight and in your cart, Infinity Planet’s Global Cultural Mall offers ‘themed cultural retail worlds’ where visitors can shop a vast array of brands from around the world while gaining an appreciation of different cultural legacies. This will be showcased in traditional architectural elements from different countries featured throughout the centre, as well as a Market Hall with immersive multimedia displays, statues, memorials and dining to complement your shopping experience.
Technology Park and AI City
As a city of the future, Infinity Planet aims to set a new standard for sustainable development in Australia with a consistent focus on energy efficiency, environmental design, and strong social governance. This includes solar power, geothermal HVAC systems, and smart building technologies, plus a 6-star Green Star rating. They’ve also proposed a globally connected business and technology park, and have said there will be no driving allowed within the precinct—instead leaning on the Elimbah Station 3km away.
RHC City has predicted 12,000+ direct and indirect jobs will come out of the Infinity Planet development, with many sections forecasted to be open before the 2032 Games.
