Cheese lovers, get excited because MOULD - A Cheese Festival is returning to Brisbane for three days of cheese, drinks and food in May 2023.

Featuring crumbly cheddar,  gooey camembert and bitey blue from some of the best artisan producers around Australia, MOULD is much more than just a bunch of stalls selling the finest cheeses—it's a cheese experience. Attendees can meet with reps and sample dozens of cheeses in the name of garnering a greater appreciation and understanding of the art of cheesemaking.

As well as tastings, MOULD also promises a full food menu of dishes from local cheesemongers. And, naturally, where there is cheese there is wine, so there will also be a fully stocked bar for tasting a broad range of wines, whiskies, beers, ciders and sakes. More details are coming so keep tabs on their website for updates as they roll out.

Considering MOULD usually sells out, you'll want to get in early to be sure of getting a ticket. Sessions are already on sale, with tickets at $40—grab them here
