There’s nothing to get you out of a midweek funk like news of a two-day cheese festival.
Cheese lovers, get excited because MOULD - A Cheese Festival is returning to Brisbane for two days of cheese, drinks and food in 2020, and this time, they're going big. More cheese. More producers. More sessions. Did we mention more cheese?
Connecting with the very best cheesemakers from all over Australia and bringing them to one centralised location is what MOULD is all about. So much more than just a bunch of stalls selling the finest cheeses, their aim is to provide an in-depth cheese experience. Attendees can meet with reps from over twelve different producers and sample over 50 cheeses in the name of garnering a greater appreciation and understanding of the art of cheesemaking.
As well as tastings, MOULD also promises a full food menu of dishes from local cheesemongers. And, naturally, where there is cheese there is wine so there will also be a fully stocked bar for tasting a broad range of wines, whiskies, beers, ciders and sakes.
