Taste Your Way Through A Massive Cheese And Wine Festival Happening In Brisbane This Year

Your favourite sell-out festival celebrating the finer things in life is returning to Brisbane Showgrounds this May, with a whole lot of cheese and pinot to go around. That’s right, Mould x Pinot Palooza is back, baby.
The collab between the two iconic events truly is the perfect pairing. Mould will showcase 50+ varieties of Australian artisan cheese while Pinot Palooza will be pouring 50+ varieties of pinot noir from near and far. With producers and winemakers in attendance, this is your chance to learn the story behind what goes into every morsel—while being double parked all day long, of course.

The three-day festival will also host a charcuterie-like spread of tastings, from pantry staples to grazing essentials and cocktails at pop-up bars. Festival favourites Milawa Cheese will be rolling in their crowd-favourite cheese wheels, Rub-a-Dub will bring the spice, and low-intervention innovators Ohkela Wine will pour the goods. It really is an experience for all the senses.

“We’re beyond excited to bring MOULD x PINOT PALOOZA back for its biggest year yet in 2026,” said head of Revel (aka the team behind the event), Jess Audas. “Cheese and pinot naturally belong together, and this format gives people the freedom to explore both at their own pace, talk directly with producers, and enjoy the experience without it feeling over-programmed or precious. It’s about great produce, great people and having a genuinely good time.”
