One of the most beloved cultural events on Brisbane's calendar, Paniyiri is officially making a triumphent return to Musgrave Park in 2024 on the weekend of Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 May—so get ready to eat your weight in honey puffs, baklava and souvlaki.

Now in its 48th year and the largest Greek festival in Australia, Paniyiri is beloved for its multi-sensory offering including culinary pop-ups and bars showcasing Greek cuisine, a mini Greek village to explore and an epic entertainment line-up including live music, dancing and DJs.

We all make like we're there for the culture, but let's be real—it's bulk honeypuffs we're after, and you can bet there will be enough to gorge on that you won't want to see another honeypuff until Paniyiri 2025.

Tickets to Paniyiri 2023 start from $13.80 (kids under 12 are free) and you can grab them online here.
