Whether it’s the shine of that candied cherry or the glistening salted rim of a glass, all elements of cocktails deserve to be admired and appreciated. The Urban Cocktail Trail is here to help you do just that in an event made to celebrate the art and perfection of a spirited concoction. Get ready to bar hop in style because eight of the Valley's best bars are picking up their shakers to whip up a signature cocktail for you to sip through on a self-guided cocktail trail from the crew behind The Urban Wine Walk.
You’ll kick off the afternoon with a snack to line your stomach and a complimentary glass of bubbles at your chosen starting location just to pique your taste buds before you begin your journey through up to eight different bars and restaurants. The best thing about this cocktail trail is that it’s self-guided so you can take your time, pick and choose where you’d like to stop and sip, or get some extra food—the world’s your oyster. The venues you’ll grace with your presence include Baja, The Prince Consort, Saville Row, Gerard's Bar and more, each of which will have a signature cocktail on offer for the occasion.
If you’re like us and don’t want to break the bank on a single night out, you’re probably wary of the price tag on this night of festivities. Well, fear not because tickets start at just $65—an absolute steal for all the goods you’ll be treated to. The package includes a complimentary glass of Prosecco and a $10 food voucher to use at your chosen starting location, plus three cocktail vouchers to use at any of the participating venues, or you can bump it up to the $79 package and get five cocktail vouchers.
The trail will be underway on Saturday 22 August from 1pm–5pm, so save the date and get keen. The event is guaranteed to be a sell out and tickets are already available so our advice would be to book right away.
