Done the rounds of Brisbane’s rooftop bars and looking for a new sky-high adventure? Well, you’re in luck because Australia’s first vertical dining experience has relaunched with a fresh new format to pair with its breathtaking views.

Perched on Brisbane Powerhouse’s iconic industrial facade, Vertigo is sitting pretty four storeys high and is now pairing the ultimate adrenaline rush with laidback indulgence. You’re invited to sit among the skyline and enjoy a relaxed charcuterie experience curated by the catering specialists at Wine & Dine’m with a drink in hand—soaking up the sights and the thrill of living on the edge. Then, it’s time to drop it like it’s hot with a 17-metre leap down the building because who has time for stairs?

Vertigo 2.0 is more casual than before and that’s reflected in the price point, with the experience now setting you back $159 per person. As for the golden hour views? Priceless.

Plus, Vertigo remains accessible, with wheelchair users able to enjoy the experience in a specially designed chair crafted from aircraft-grade aluminium, before being gently lowered back down from the edge of Brisbane Powerhouse.

“The new Vertigo experience is designed to be fun, social and daring,” said co-founder, John “Sharpey” Sharpe. “It’s about friends cheering each other on, couples sharing a daring date night and visitors stepping out of their comfort zone, all with the wonderful reward of incredible views of the city and delicious snacks and drinks.”

With limited sessions available from 5pm to 9pm Friday and Saturday, book here (if you dare).
