ANZAC Day is all about commemorating our diggers, past and present, but, it is also the crown jewel in a string of public holidays that simply can’t be wasted vegging out on the couch. Yet again, Brisbane has answered our call with a slew of bars, cafes and restaurants open this ANZAC Day public holiday on Monday 26 January.
