Bao Bar

If the name Bao Bar doesn’t give you some kind of inclination as to what’s served here, then just imagine a fluffy cloud and fill it with crispy fried chicken, soft shell crab and beef ribs—basically heaven on a plate. After a brief pop-up at Hikari in Teneriffe earlier this year, Bao Bar finally has a venue to call their very own, opening a permanent spot on Edmonstone Street. If you managed to hit them up during their pop-up though, you’ll be happy to know that all the bao you know and love are on the menu here for good, with a few more to try and even a few extra sides and a short drinks list to pair them with.
