Putting the ‘hot’ in ‘hot pink’, the team behind Brisbane’s first hot pot train are opening a brand-new outlet at Westfield Chermside this September and it’s set to be one of the cutest spots in town. 

Specifically designed for solo eaters, Donana Mini Hotpot’s second location features a self-serve sauce bar station so you can create your own bespoke combos, a sleek bar with curated cocktails, and, of course, their signature train making the rounds. With over 80 fresh and premium ingredients to mix and match in your bowl, the 90-seater outlet will also offer a Chermside-exclusive soup base making it worth a visit even if you’re already familiar with their OG Kelvin Grove restaurant.
