Situated inside Craft’d Grounds, Albion’s new foodie precinct, Doughcraft is hard to miss thanks to the aroma of freshly baked goods wafting from their doors. As well as getting your mouth salivating, Doughcraft is a visual delight as well, thanks to glass walls which allow you to see into the preparation area.
The European-style specialist bakery and deli is the perfect spot to pick up your weekly loaf of sourdough from, but you can also expect a range of artisanal sweet treats, including pavlova doughnuts and cream cheese filled bombolones, not to mention fresh pastas and gourmet filled paninis. Doughcraft is a must-visit when you pick up a coffee from Collingwood Black or before you have a happy-hour beverage in Brewtide, both just next door.
