Ahhhh flowers. There’s nothing quite like being given a beautiful bunch of blooms.
But with so many out there, it can be hard to choose the right one. Hydrangeas? Peonies? Roses? And where on Earth do you get them from? Lucky for you, we put out the call and asked Metropolist readers who they consider to be the best florists on the Gold Coast. You passionate flower-lovers answered with a resolute response.
In no particular order, here are your top 10!
Eden the Flower Shop
By the same creative lady behind the come-to-you flower crown-crafting workshops, Crown of Eden, we can see why you lot adore Eden the Flower Shop. Pacific Pines-based but delivering all over, this florist and her team craft the dreamiest wedding bouquets, table settings, arbours, corsages, and, of course, flower crowns. No wonder you voted them among the best florists on the Gold Coast.
Fleurus in The Brickworks Centre has long been recognised as one of the best florists on the Gold Coast–and for good reason. The Southport store is heaven for anyone who loves flowers; filled to the brim with unique blooms and gorgeous floral arrangements. Definitely one to visit if you have your eye on a stand-out bunch.
Doing things a little differently, Burleigh-born Flower Haul is all about Australian-grown market fresh flowers in fragrant single-type bunches. Pick your favourite bloom from what’s in season at that moment, and they’ll bundle it up and deliver to your door for a very reasonable price. You’ve got to love a Gold Coast success story, with Flower Haul’s deliveries now expanding to select cities in North Queensland and NSW—go girl!
Moss ‘n’ Stone
Part homewares shop, part flower shop, this lovely Chirn Park florist was showered with votes by Metropolist readers. Not only can Moss ‘n’ Stone help you out with some of the prettiest bouquets you ever did see, they are well-stocked with vases, pots, and those last minute gifts when you
forgot just remember that special anniversary.
First playing with artificial flowers making boho crowns and headbands (you can still buy them via the website), the local gal behind Nesst has expanded her repertoire into full-blown floristry. Selling bunches of fresh blooms plus styling weddings and retail spaces—you’ll most certainly recognise her lush flower wall spread at Bam Bam Bakehouse. With a bright future, Nesst is definitely deserving of a posi among your best florists on the Gold Coast.
