Four Pillars And Arbory Afloat Are Dropping A Super Limited Run Of Their Pink Gin Collab

The Yarra Valley’s Four Pillars has teamed up with riverside darlings Arbory Afloat once again to deliver a second limited run of their ridiculously popular pink gin, titled the Beach House Gin.

The flawless Arbory Afloat x Four Pillars Beach House Gin gives off major summer beach shack vibes, with the citrus-stacked tipple distilled with lemon myrtle, grapefruit, orange and lemon peel, rounded out with ripe notes of sweet strawberry gum, pineapple sage and Davidson plums.

It's best enjoyed over ice and perhaps with some tonic, but the bedroom mixologist in us all would have no problems whipping up a martini variation, or a summery number like a gin fizz.

You can grab a limited edition bottle from 8am on Wednesday 31 March to pop on the top shelf at home, or to take on your next coastal sojourn here.
