Melbourne
Dom’s Social Club
Three levels of dining and a rooftop bar boasting some of the most glorious views of the CBD? Sign us up. This restaurant, bar and pizzeria is turning things up in celebration of the humble favourite introducing their limited edition Jaffa Negroni - the perfect blend of Campari infused with orange rind bulldog gin, choc bitters, cacao nibs and plenty of orange choc garnishes to really top it all off.
Cloakroom
Perched up high in the clouds of the 46th floor of the Shadow Play building sits The Cloakroom, one of Melbourne’s most iconic skyline views with slick interiors and moody vibes to match. These guys are known for their elegant cocktails, and their zesty Petrina cocktail is no exception - think Campari, Nixta Licor de Elote and lemon discard all concocted together to create a seriously cruisy boozy tipple.
Sydney
The Dolphin Hotel
When we hear the words Carrot Cake Negroni, you know we’re gonna run straight towards it. The beloved Dolphin Hotel is known for its warmth, tasty dishes, and major wine list, but they’ve taken it to a new level with their special Negroni cocktail. The drink combines the usual Campari and Gin with Rosso vermouth and a 24-hour carrot cake infusion to give you that perfect sweet, zingy hit. We can guarantee it won’t let you down.
Bistro Rex
Bistro Rex brings a little piece of France to Potts Point with a stellar menu full of Parisian twists mixed with Australian local produce. To celebrate the occasion, they’ve come up with the Superb Negroni that features some fun twists like the addition of Bloody Shiraz Gin and Rosso Vermouth. Their fabulous head mixologist Vasek Čech can create magic, so do not doubt that it’s going to tantalise those tastebuds.
Bibo Wine Bar
This Mediterranean-inspired bistro and wine bar is the perfect moody spot for a date night, now made better with the arrival of their Bibo Negroni to mark Negroni Week around town. With a slash of 15-year-old Madeira, Cinzano Rosso and dehydrated blood orange, this zesty fresh take on the classic will transport you straight to the white sandy shores of the Amalfi Coast. Yum.
The Clock Hotel
The Clock Hotel sits pretty amongst the leafy streets of Surrey Hills and has become an institution among locals for a good reason, opening over 100 years ago back in 1893. There’s always something new and fresh happening there, and this new Negroni take is no exception. Their brand spanking new Negroni Sour mixes things with a splash of lemon, sugar and aquafaba to excite your palate and spice things up.
