Pho-Nom, the Vietnamese CBD local from chef Jerry Mai will be popping up for a one-weekend good time at Molly Rose Brewery on Wellington Street, in Collingwood.
This take-away-only affair includes a special menu with three Banh Mi’s including a handmade red curry sausage, a Saigon minute steak with pate and pickled vegetables—and a mock Peking duck roll with hoisin sauce. To go along with the Vietnamese rolls Molly Rose has carefully paired a range of its best-brewed beers including a German Pilsner and two IPA’s
The pop-up will be running this Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 of June from 11am until sold out. If you’re a hospo worker you’ll also receive 50% off, so there’s an extra incentive if you’re in the bizz. Make sure you keep your eyes on chef Jerry Mai’s IG for updates.
