This is not a drill, everyone's fave wine fest, Pinot Palooza, is officially returning to the thirsty city of Melbourne after a years' hiatus.

That’s right, folks, the Southern Hemisphere’s largest pinot noir festival will be taking over the Timber Yard this coming May with their 'Unplugged' Sunday sessions as well as the main event happening later this year in October.

The Unplugged events are three different Sunday sessions in May that will focus on some of the finest Pinot-producing regions Victoria has to offer, with winemakers from Mornington Peninsula, Gippsland, and Geelong all bringing their top-shelf vintages to sample.

A cool $35 will grant you entry into the event where you can then rub shoulders with Victorian pinot royalty, grab a bite from a hefty line-up of food stalls to sustain your tasting schedule that comes with your ticket—and, you'll get to walk home with a Revel wine glass to treasure the memory.

Full details of the main October event are yet to be released but keep an eye out here as we'll be dropping all the pinot-noir news as it comes in.

THE DETAILS
