Fitzroy’s Already-Iconic Poodle Is Hosting A Swanky Bottomless Brunch

By Kate Fleming

Taste the finer things in life at Poodle with Head Chef Josh Fry’s newly announced Bottomless Brunch. You’ll be treated to unlimited bubbles, wine, peach bellinis and blood orange vodka seltzers as you graze your way through Fry’s menu which brings modern sensibilities to some of your—and probably your folks'—favourite dishes.

In true Poodle style, this brunch won’t be skimping on luxury. The menu includes cured trout tartare, Yarra Valley Caviar crumpets, Bundarra Pork Scotch, roasted cauliflower with their signature butter and curry leaves, plus an indulgent boozy whipped cream chocolate dessert. You can also add on oysters and the signature Poodle vol-au-vents if you’re feeling opulent.

This bougie affair is a one-time thing happening on Sunday 23 May, so you’ll need to book your ticket if you want to be there. They’re offering seatings at 11.30am and 2pm and it’ll cost you $89 a head.
