The Euro-centric restaurant group that brought you Spring Street’s Gelateria Primavera, The European and City Wine Shop has scooped out the perfect three-in-one: Barbarella Gelato and Wine. Think of it as the Holy Trinity: a one-stop shop for all your café, wine bar and gelateria needs. Basically the perfect addition to the espresso-steam grandeur of The Block Arcade.
There’s definitely something for everyone at Barbarella—from hearty bacon burgers to black rice salads, washed down with popcorn-topped malt shakes for kids (and giant kids...) or cold-press juices from Spring Street Grocer. P.S. the shakes are made with the in-house fior de latte gelato–rich, creamy and oh-so-satisfying.
If you happen to be in the city, Barbarella is an all-day affair that’s ALWAYS worth the detour.
