An epic margarita festival is set to hit Perth on Sunday 28 February 2021 and we’re about to lose our minds. Coming to us from the team at Market Grounds, the Margarita Festival will come complete with mariachi bands, a frozen margarita caravan bar, taco stalls and more margs than you’ll ever be able to get through.
But that’s not all. In fact, the Margarita Festival is just one in a line up of an entire summer filled with festivals. Market Grounds is bringing back the Ultimate Beer Garden from November 2020 until April 2021 and they’ve already got a Gin Tonica Festival planned, the aforementioned Margarita Festival, an Espresso Martini Festival and more.
The Gin Tonica Festival was set to take place pre-COVID and sold out in a matter of days, but now that it’s been rescheduled for Sunday 29 November, they’ve got a couple of spare tickets so you might want to get on that ASAP.
If you’re more of an espresso martini kind of person, you’ll be pleased to hear the OG Espresso Martini Festival is also making a comeback on Sunday 25 April and it’s set to be bigger and better than ever. Think brunchtinis, boozy, caffeinated creations from the likes Mr Black, Ketel One, Patron Tequila and Grey Goose, as well as plenty of delicious eats to line your stomach.
As if all that wasn’t enough, they’ll also be bringing back their long lunch series so there’s no reason not to head into town any (or every) weekend this summer.
The Gin Tonica Festival tickets are on sale now and won’t last long so get in quick. You’ll need to sit tight for now for the Margarita Festival and Espresso Martini Festival but don’t worry, we’ll let you know as soon as they go on sale.
Until that happens, check out more awesome things to do in Perth.
