Tuck Into Pizza Pretzels And Decadent Desserts At Perth’s Newest Food Hub

By Renée Ardon-Coppinger

Bentley has just scored a new food hub—and it's home to some of Perth's hottest hospo spots. The deluxe Exchange precinct located at Curtin University is changing it up with culinary experiences from across the globe thanks to a slew of tasty new openings. Open to everyone, of course.

From seriously decadent desserts to pasta as good as nonna’s and authentic street eats, it’s time to shake up those dull weekday lunch routines or venture out for a fun Saturday date night.

Korean fried chicken from Seoul Bros

Transport your taste buds to Asia with a fresh, zesty Vietnamese bowl from Banh Mizzle. This local legend's food truck has popped up around Perth over the last couple of years and now they've found a permanent home at Exchange. Enjoy some authentic Korean street food at the brand-spanking new Seoul Bros, or roll it up with some Japanese goodness at Hee Sushi.

Mediterranean flavour more your vibe? La Vita Cafe and Restaurant serves up authentic Italian pizzas, pastas and sweet delights that’ll guarantee a taste of the dolce vita. And when that mid-arvo sugar craving hits, grab your doughy treat at Pretzel. These are not your average pretzels—think cheese and pepperoni, peanut butter Oreo and Nutella takes on the popular treat. Need an afternoon pick-me-up? Savour one of Perth’s most decadent cinny scrolls—our Perth editor described them as 'sinfully good'—at Sinamon. Whatever your pick, find the perfect bubble tea pairing to wash it down at T4. We can never say no to a lychee black tea on a scorching summer's day.

Banh Mizzle Curtin Exchange

Surrounded by an abundance of lush parks and gardens to throw down a rug if you feel like dining alfresco, and Tucker Fresh IGA for stocking up on supplies, your lunch plans are sorted any day of the week.

There’s a secure underground carpark with plenty of free parking up to 90 minutes plus all parking bays on campus are free after 4pm weekdays and on weekends, so you can ditch the parking inspector stress, too.

With delicious new venues continuing to open over the next few months, stay tuned for the latest spots to add to your Bentley dining hit list. So whether you're a local or simply love to get around a new opening, head to  Exchange at Curtin University to find out more about this tantalising string of restaurants and cafes.
