One of the coolest dining experiences to come out of our fair state, pop-up dining specialists Fervor celebrate everything that’s good about Western Australia. Their delicious events are renowned for selling out almost instantly, and can be guaranteed to feature nothing but fresh and local produce to create epic feasts using all kinds of cooking techniques—blowtorch included. But what happens if you combine the star cooking powers of the legend behind Fervor, Paul Iskov, with the impressive talents of Neighbourhood Events Co, who plan incredible happenings like the Urban Wine Walk? Well you get a dinner party that we want to snap up tickets for quicksmart.

Dubbed the (Post) Winter Feast, this pop-up dining experience is going down on Saturday 31 October and will take you on a mind-blowing culinary journey as you devour a three-course meal (plus pre AND post-dinner canapes) featuring some of the best produce and native ingredients WA has to offer. While you dine, you’ll sip on beer and wine from the likes of Singlefile Wines, Walsh & Sons, Gage Roads Brewing Co and Colonial Brewing Co, just to name a few.

As if that wasn’t enough, there’ll be live music to add to the ambiance, and you’ll have the opportunity to speak to Iskov himself, as well as a few of the local winemakers in attendance. We. Are. In.

Tickets will set you back $240, inclusive of all food and drinks for the night, and as they’re capped at only 100 attendees, you might want to be quick. Get them and check out all the details here
