By

Clear your calendar and loosen your belt—Taste Great Southern is back for 2025, and you won't want to miss a single bite.

Running from Thursday 1 May to Sunday 4 May, this reimagined culinary festival is bringing world-class chefs, cult-status winemakers and the finest bites and sips from the area together for a four-day food adventure in the South West.

Whether you’re a seasoned festival-goer or a first-timer with a penchant for pinot and perfectly cooked produce, the biggest dilemma of Taste Great Southern 2025 is how to cram it all in.

Diaries at the ready—here’s a taste of what’s on the menu at Taste Great Southern 2025.

Feast By The Sea With Tides Of Taste

Food garnished

Held at the exclusive Maitraya Private Retreat (a favourite of none other than Lady Gaga), Tides of Taste will see a changing lineup of culinary heavyweights take over the kitchen each night, with Paul Iskov (Fervor), Evan Hayter (de’sendent), Mark LaBrooy (ex-Three Blue Ducks), Blaze Young (Niew Ruin), Amy Hamilton (Liberte), and Brian Cole (Hearth) crafting next-level canapés.

There’ll also be freshly shucked Leeuwin Coast Albany Rock Oysters and the region’s most outstanding wines free-flowing all night long. Good enough for Lady Gaga, good enough for us.
