If you’ve ever wished Perth had more proper British pubs, you’re about to get your answer. The Queen’s Arms is opening in the CBD this September, taking over the heritage-listed former Flour Factory with three levels of pints, pub grub, live sport and plenty of British nostalgia.

The space will be transformed into a charismatic three-level pub celebrating everything people love about a proper local–think welcoming hospitality, hearty British classics, British and Aussie pints, interactive darts, live sport, and weekly rituals like quiz nights and Sunday carveries. Whether you're after that cosy pub feeling or a summery beer garden and rooftop terrace, The Queen's Arms is ready whatever the weather.

Expect classic British pub grub, from fish and chips and bangers and mash to Scotch eggs. Most importantly, book in for the traditional Sunday carvery, complete with giant Yorkies and lashings of gravy. They'll be open seven days a week, from lunch until late, with proper pints, hearty pub meals and a warm British welcome.

The Queen's Arms isn't just for the Brits—this new Perth local is shaping up to be a good time for everyone. From the creators of Stories, The Beaufort, The Old Synagogue and The Station, it's set to be the kind of warm, welcoming neighbourhood pub you'll want to return to week after week. Every corner will be filled with British memorabilia, vintage signage, royal keepsakes, sporting treasures and nostalgic pieces celebrating generations of British culture. The result is a space with a sense of history, rather than just another new bar.

You can even help make it feel like home, with locals invited to bring in their own British treasures, memorabilia or family heirlooms to add to the collection.

With true Brits running the show, backed by Nokturnl's knowledge of Aussie nightlife, the goal is to create that sense of belonging and familiarity great pubs do so well. So, homesick Brits and Perth locals keen to discover why iconic British pubs steal hearts the world over, head down to The Queen's Arms for a taste of home. We can finally agree: it's coming home.
