Neighbourhood Events announced one of the most epic walking wine tours of all time earlier this month and it sold out in record time. Then they announced another; that also sold out. Now they've announced one final Urban Wine Walk for August, and you're going to want to get on these tickets immediately, if not sooner.
The third instalment of the Fremantle Urban Wine Walk is going down on Saturday 15 August and will see Freo's best bars and restaurants turn into urban cellar doors for your self-guided (and self-paced) walking tour.
If you haven't done one before, let us break it down for you. Urban Wine Walk collaborates with local venues to create the ultimate pop-up cellar door tasting experience, giving you a chance to get out and explore some of Freo's best bars and WA's best wineries at the same time. From midday until 4pm on Saturday 15 August, wander your way through Freo and South Freo into venues like Strange Company, Lions & Tigers, Norfolk Hotel, Percy Flint, The Local Hotel, Clancy's, Bathers Beach House, Benny's and more. And of course, the stars of the show—the wineries. You’ll be in good hands with the best of the best wineries, including Vino Volta, Flowstone Wines, Skigh Wine, Silverstream Wine, Castelli Estate and more.
For just $80 you'll get more than 30 tastings across 10 different venues, a $10 food voucher, a $25 wine voucher for any purchases you make on the day and a $25 gift voucher for Support Local Gift Co; a total bargain if you ask us. Because the venues span both Fremantle and South Fremantle, there's also a bus that will shuttle you between the two.
Get your tickets here before they are gone.
After that, check out Perth's Craft beer Festival.
