You might not be able to go to Burning Man or even Splendour in the Grass this year, but WA is somewhat in the clear which means Wave Rock Weekender is going to be back for the Queen’s Birthday long weekend from 24 to 27 September.
2021 marks 16 years of Wave Rock Weekender and to say they’ve got it down to a fine art is an understatement. If you haven’t managed to make it to one, expect epic music, camping, booze, food, yoga, dancing and, of course, the magical Wave Rock.

When you’re legs just can’t dance anymore, make your way to the 24-hour cinema, unwind with some yoga, jump in the natural salt pool, grab a drink and check out one of the amazing projections or a late night district, or just stop and take in your surrounds—festival locations don’t come much better than this.
The festival organisers have plans in place so the weekend can run smoothly whether WA is Phase 4 or 5 of our COVID road map, so there’s no need to stress about it being called off. All you need to do is grab your tickets now.
A three-night camping pass will set you back $350 plus booking fee, and if you can’t be bothered setting up your own tent, you can always add a tent and mattress for $90. Too easy, right?
