One of the coolest dining experiences to come out of our fair state, pop-up dining specialists Fervor celebrate everything that’s good about Western Australia. Their deliciously exclusive events are renowned for selling out almost instantly, and are guaranteed to feature nothing but the best local produce.
But what happens if you combine the star cooking powers of the legend behind Fervor, Paul 'Yoda' Iskov, with the impressive talents of Neighbourhood Events Co, who plan incredible events like the Urban Wine Walk? Well you get a special dinner party that we want to snap up tickets for quicksmart.
Dubbed the Winter Feast, this pop-up dining experience is going down on Saturday 7 August and will take you on a mind-blowing culinary journey that'll introduce you to Iskov's favourite native ingredients from around the state, combined with some special once-off local collabs you won't want to miss.
So what's included in this unforgettable meal? Iskov has your starters covered with a selection of delicious native canapes, then he'll team up with the pizza pros at Monstrella to bring you a range of mouth-watering native woodfired slices before calling on Kuld Creamery for an epic native gelato to cap off your native dining experience.
While you dine, you’ll sip on local beer and wine from the likes of South by South West, LS Merchants, Mr Barvel, Vine Collective and Shelter Brewing Co, just to name a few.
As if that wasn’t enough, you’ll have the opportunity to speak to Iskov himself, as well as a few of the local winemakers in attendance. We. Are. In.
Tickets start at $125 and spaces are limited, so you might want to be quick. Get them and check out all the details here.
