Not only are they responsible for some of the best fish and chips in Perth, they are also serving up some delicious modern Australian seafood dishes—like the ocean trout with carpaccio, chipotle and a tasty tomato capsicum salsa and the lip-smacking soy glazed Atlantic salmon with ginger and shallots.
