The Verdict
If you love seafood as much as we do, A Fish Called Inglewood on Beaufort Street will be your new go-to restaurant. Not only are they responsible for some of the best fish and chips in Perth, they are also serving up some delicious modern Australian seafood dishes—like the ocean trout with carpaccio, chipotle and a tasty tomato capsicum salsa and the lip-smacking soy glazed Atlantic salmon with ginger and shallots. If you need to take your seafood treasures with you home that is no problem, just make sure you don’t miss out on their homemade ice cream—if you’re feeling exotic try the tequila, chilli and dark chocolate or lychee, pear and anise. Yum.
