Batter Up Taiyaki is a Perth food stall dishing out those adorably delicious, sweet-filled fish. Somewhere between a pancake and waffle, taiyaki is a Japanese dessert filled with a delightful surprise. In Batter Up's case, that surprise is vanilla custard cream, matcha custard cream or red bean.
