Bib and Tucker's Winter Series is now here, so prepare yourself for a whole season of delicious food. Feel the heat at Fire and Smoke on 28 May with a woodfired menu filled with smoked meats, mushrooms, and of course, wine expertly paired with each of the six courses. The Truffle and Cheese Dinner is also making a return on 16 July. You'll get to indulge in decadent truffles while listening to David Coomer of Coomer's Truffles talk about the truffle industry and what makes them so dang delicious. Of course, the Winter Series wouldn't be complete without their Vegan Degustation. Head down to Bib and Tucker on 24 September for their eight-course vegan dinner, paired with organic wines. The Vegan Degustation sold out quickly last year, so you'd better hurry if you want a seat at this exclusive dinner.
