Say hello to Bread Boy, the latest in Perth's growing gourmet sandwich scene. This one is all centred around Japanese sandos, with an all-Japanese kitchen behind these iconic bready boys.
Think super fluffy shokupan bread filled with delights like katsu chicken, vegetable cakes, prawn katsu and wagyu menchi, all topped off with next level sauces—you should know owner Michelle is very serious about their condiment game.
They also do some delish sangas inspired by international variations, like the classic cubano, and some vegan and gluten free items too, so everyone can get in on the action.
Breadboy is open 7am til 3pm Monday to Friday, with cracking coffee on offer too.
