Easily one of Perth’s favourite foodie haunts, Brika, a buzzy Stirling Street mezze bar, is all about enjoying delicious Greek food and drinks in the company of your family and friends. Everything on the menu is designed to be shared but get in quick, when the crispy spanakopita, cheesy saganaki and melt-in-your-mouth slow-cooked lamb hit your lips you won't want to share.
Not a place to pass up on a challenge, Brika is going vegan as part of Good Food Month on 9 April. Brika's Vegan Odyssea is making the impossible possible, with plant-based versions of everyone's favourite Greek eats—yes, that includes spanakopita and baklava. All for an extremely reasonable price of $55 per person, the feast includes goodies like charcoal smoked eggplant, dolmades, fried filo dumplings, and of course, warm pita bread with hummus. Bookings are essential and yes, the wine will be vegan and available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
