The Verdict
Tucked away inside Osborne Park’s European Concepts is Casa Nostra Caffe—makers of everything fresh and delicious. The amazing barista at this family-owned joint makes coffee so good it attracts people from all over Perth, and the chefs are whipping up fresh sandwiches, pastries and cakes on the daily—but wait, there’s more. On Thursdays and Fridays, you can feast on pizza by their Italian pizza chef, and every day of the week you can carb-load with their delicious pasta which is all made in-house.
If you’re feeling inspired by the amazing culinary skills here, you’ll be pleased to know that the commercial kitchen at European Concepts plays host to an independent cooking school. They’ve already hosted hands-on cooking workshops with the likes of Liam Atkinson of Le Rebelle and Scott Bridger of Bib & Tucker, Pogo and May Street Larder, so keep an eye out on the website to see what’s coming next.
