The Verdict
Treat yourself to everything cheesy at East Victoria Park's Chalk N Cheese Bar. The menu is bold and hearty—cheese playing an obvious role in many of the dishes—with some clever curveballs thrown in for good measure, like the Tasmanian cheddar popcorn with bacon dust.
If you’re feeling indulgent, treat yourself to a baked brie with truffled mushrooms, the baked crispy potato skins with chorizo and melted vintage cheddar, or their creamy house-made gnocchi.
With amazing drink specials every day between 4pm and 6pm and $20 steak and parmi night on Wednesdays, Chalk N Cheese has the recipe for a great night out.
