The Verdict
Claremont Pizza in the Claremont Showgrounds is a BYO pizza joint dishing up tasty pizzas, pastas and more. They've got all the classics, but we can't get enough of their gourmet pizza range. Think Greek lamb, garlic prawns and satay, plus a few amazing vego options. They also do some mean arancini balls and killer garlic bread.
While you're welcome to take your pizza home, we reckon you'd be crazy not to dine-in under their giant tipi set up on the grassed area in front of the pizzeria. With no corkage fee, you might as well enjoy your meal with a bottle of wine under the stars.
For the month of February, the team here will be throwing some fun filled nights that you'll want to check out. Sunday Fundays will kick off on Sunday 4 February with live acoustic music, free face painting, a gelato cart, oyster chucker pop up bar and lawn games, while Sunset Sessions will be happening every Friday night starting on 9 February and will see a pop up bar and live music take over the space—the perfect Friday night!
