Cottoni is popping up at the Freo markets every weekend to satisfy Perth’s need for seriously ridiculous food. Soft serve ice cream wrapped in a crazy amount of cotton candy and topped with goodies like oreos, popcorn and all sorts of sweet treats, this is sure to make you feel very happy before feeling very ill.
