Born from a love of coffee, Perth cafe Felix & Co in Nedlands sources the best beans from roasters around Australia, focusing on seasonal fresh crop blends and single origins. They use the Japanese-originated Pour Over method which is gaining in popularity – it takes patience but offers a much more rewarding and flavourful experience.
