The Verdict
If you love indulging in delicious sandwiches made with thought and care, then head to Flitch & Leaven in North Fremantle.
They are currently popping up in the evenings inside North Freo cafe Brucetown, so go and choose from their Cubano sandwich made with smoked pork shoulder, house bacon, mustard and mojo dressing, or a classic grilled cheese with leek fondue, grilled pickled onions and sourdough—yum!
The team here also loves experimenting with fermented, cured and smoked eats too, so if that's your jam you'll want to put these guys on your hitlist.
