The Verdict
Float therapy is basically the ultimate form of relaxation and the team at Float Fremantle make it an absolute breeze. Next time you're feeling a bit stressed out or run down, step into one of their pods. Filled with 500kg of Epsom salts dissolved in 1000L of water, you'll feel completely weightless as you float in the 37-degree water (that's body temperature FYI, so you can barely tell where your body ends and the water begins).
As you float you'll absorb some of the magnesium from the salt and reap all sorts of benefits like pain relief, reduced muscle tension and improved sleep. Once your hour is up, you're welcome to hang out and drink some tea in their beautiful chill out room.
