Cranking since 1993, Perth icon Fraser's Restaurant has been racking in the awards ever since. If you've yet had the pleasure of visiting this gem, you'll want to change that ASAP. 

As delicious as the contemporary menu, the space boasts floor-to-ceiling windows soaking in views of the Perth city skyline, Swan River and our beloved Kings Park. 

Speaking of the menu, the line-up is the work of executive chef, Chris Taylor who brings the best of local produce to showcase the exquisite tastes of WA to your plate.

Designed to share, because variety is the spice of life, the all-day offering consists of small, medium and larger plates. We're talking freshly shucked oysters, crisp Linley Valley pork belly,  and succulent chargrilled ribeye with golden triple-cooked chips. All washed down with a decadent drop from their well-curated wine list.  

But be sure to save room for dessert, these sweet treats are not to be missed. Our top pick is the chocolate mousse—think a bar of layered chocolate and gelato topped with raspberry that you won't be forgetting any time soon. It's that good.

Your plant-based pals will thank you for introducing them to Fraser's vegan menu. We often catch ourselves daydreaming about the crunchy tempura vegetables with avocado wasabi and indulgent mushroom risotto.
