Freo’s West End now comes with a bit of extra spice, with the welcome addition of Frida Mexicana restaurant on Market Street. Brought to you from the brains behind the already super popular sister venue Sana and situated in the former Sandrinos site, Frida Mexican promises a fresh take on authentic Mexican cuisine right in the heart of Freo.
Open from Tuesday to Sunday with the added bonus of breakfast on the weekends, Frida is your one-stop shop for tacos, tostadas, and totopos. Currently, operating under a BYO license and taking reservations, sampling the delights of Mexico after a day of seeing the sights of Freo has never been more appealing.
Head to their website to reserve a table or try your luck with a walk-in on the terrace, but don’t forget to grab your favourite bottle on the way out the door or from any of the independent bottle shops nearby.
