Taking over what was the beloved Print Hall Dining Room, Gazette is dishing out traditional, hearty eats using all of the great West Aussie produce. Think prime cuts of beef expertly cooked in a Josper oven, along with delicious handmade pastas and tasty sides like polenta chips and fontina croquettes. In true Print Hall style, the drinks list is a thing of beauty, featuring loads of Italian wines and cocktails, perfect to pair with the expertly curated feed me menu.
Stop the press: the vegan craze is taking over Gazette on Saturday 13 April with a one-off vegan degustation designed by Print Hall sous chef Soon Kwon. Tickets to the Italian five-course feast will only set you back $79 and include an arrival drink to get you in the mood for food.
