The Verdict
Meet Goods Bakery, a new bakery slash cafe that has just thrown open its doors in West Leedy down near Bad Love Burgers and Nowhereman Brewing. This one comes to us from the legendary crew behind Modus Coffee, so quality coffee and tasty treats are kind of a given. But we're also big fans of its terracotta-hued check floors, sunny window seats and all-round cool minimal aesthetic.
In the cabinet, you've got elevated pastries, fat focaccias, pies and more—our fave though has to be the everything escargot, which features everything bagel flavours wrapped in flakey pastry and topped with a dank dollop of cream cheese. There's also a bunch of quality pantry goods you can purchase too like chipotle chilli oil and jars of grilled eggplant.
