Making everything from scratch using the freshest ingredients, the man behind this amazing hot spot, Sean Lee, learnt his craft in Italy and has amassed a huge fan base for his delicious and authentic gelato. Now with an amazing new shop front down at Lizzie Quay, you can’t go too wrong with any of the flavours on the extensive menu but our pick is The Gusto – a drool-worthy concoction of roasted peanut gelato with chocolate sauce and chunks of brownie. For Easter, Gusto is teaming up with Sue Lewis Chocolatier and will be filling her amazing tempered dark chocolate, gold speckled half eggs with Gusto gelato and a few other goodies.
The first egg is filled with white chocolate gelato, salted caramel 'yolk' and topped with chocolate coated pretzels (OMG), the second is filled with milk chocolate gelato, chocolate fudge 'yolk' and topped with chocolate freckles, and finally, the third is a vegan option filled with coconut milk sorbetto with a mango 'yolk' and topped with toasted coconut.
